Client fills the inquiry form on her Fotiqo website. It auto-creates a CRM entry and triggers the first nurture email.

Sarah sends a booking link. Client picks a date, pays the 30% deposit, and e-signs the contract โ€” all in Fotiqo.

Auto-emails go out with prep tips, questionnaire, and day-of timeline.
