Setup

  1. 1.CEO applied at /for/attractions-and-resorts → approved by Fotiqo HQ
  2. 2.Added 6 hotels as Destinations; each has per-hotel pricing + commission split
  3. 3.Hired 38 photographers, assigned to hotels with shift rotations
  4. 4.Installed kiosks at each hotel lobby (Stripe Terminal + iPad)
  5. 5.Enabled face recognition so guests find their photos by selfie
  6. 6.Set rent-vs-commission deal per hotel (some flat rent, some 10% rev-share)

Workflow

Guest check-in
Welcome archway photo taken. QR card handed over. Face is enrolled in that stay's face-matching index.

In-stay shooting
Photographers roam pool, sunset, beach, dinner. Photos upload from Nikons via SD card uploader.

Kiosk browse
Guest taps iPad at lobby → takes selfie → AI finds their photos → they buy.

Commission + payout
Commission auto-logged to photographer (10%). Hotel rev-share auto-logged (10%). Cash reconciled nightly by the supervisor.

Sleeping money
Guests who don't buy at kiosk get a WhatsApp sweep-up 7 days post-checkout — 50% of those convert.
